– The expected population on the scale of 561.31 hectares in 2030 is 21,150 people;

– Minimum area: 2,000 m2/lot;
– Maximum construction density: 70%;
– Minimum green area: 20%;
– Separate wastewater treatment station, ensuring column B standards (production wastewater: QCTDDHN 02:2014/BTNMT; domestic wastewater: QCVN 14:2018/BTNMT) before entering the centralized wastewater treatment station of Industrial cluster (output wastewater reaches column A-QCTĐHN 02:2014/BTNMT);
TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE & UTILITIES
Electricity supply: The project is supplied by Noi Bai 110kv electrical substation located at the city’s South West; Total capacity is around 18.000 kVA.

Water supply: The project is supplied by No.2 Ha Noi Joint Stock Company (capacity of 22.000m3/d) and from the city water resource along highway number 3. Industrial zone also providing pressure pump (capacity of 2022 m3/d).

Sewage system: The project has a wasted water treatment plant with the capacity of 1.250 m3/d-n, meeting A level standard.
