On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of ASG Corporation, the Organizing Committee officially launches and calls upon the entire workforce within the ASG system to participate in the humanitarian blood donation program themed “ASG – Connecting Hearts – Spreading Love.” The specific details are as follows:
- Tentative Schedule: From August 18, 2025, to August 22, 2025.
- Registration Process:
- Deadline for registration: By the end of July 25, 2025.
- Registration method:
– Employees are requested to register with their respective unit’s focal point using the attached template.
– Focal points are responsible for consolidating the list of volunteers and submitting it to the Organizing Committee via email at: sukien@asg.net.vn
– Email subjects and file names must adhere to the following format: [HM]_[Abbreviated Company Name]_[Volunteer Blood Donation Registration] (where “HM” serves as the program code).
Example: HM_VFC_Volunteer Blood Donation Registration.
- Proposed Venues:
– ASG Corporation Headquarters: Logistics Service Area, Noi Bai International Airport, Noi Bai Commune, Hanoi.
– ASG Logistics JSC: Lot No. 5, Yen Binh Industrial Park, Van Xuan Ward, Thai Nguyen Province.
– Vinafco JSC: Tu Khoat Village, Thanh Tri Commune, Hanoi.
– Cam Ranh International Airport Services JSC: Cam Ranh International Airport, Bac Cam Ranh Ward, Khanh Hoa Province.
Additional venues may be considered or adjusted flexibly based on the actual number of registrants at each unit to facilitate the most favorable conditions for the program’s execution.
