On the afternoon of December 27, Soc Son District People’s Committee held a conference to publicly announce and hand over the detailed planning adjustment documents at 1/500 scale for the Concentrated Industrial Cluster in Soc Son District, Hanoi – Phase I (Industrial Cluster CN2).
The CN2 Industrial Cluster is invested by ASG Infrastructure and Industrial Zone Development Company Limited (ASGI) – a subsidiary of ASG Coporation. The CN2 Industrial Cluster project is one of ASG Coporation key projects, aiming to create modern, convenient, and clean infrastructure for manufacturing industries and industrial services… connected to Noi Bai International Airport. It is also an important project in the industrial and infrastructure sector of Hanoi City and Soc Son District.

Trinh Van Duy, Head of Soc Son District’s Urban Management Department, said that on December 10, 2024, Soc Son District People’s Committee issued Decision No. 8705/QD-UBND approving the detailed planning adjustment at 1/500 scale for CN2 Concentrated Industrial Cluster in Soc Son District, Hanoi (Phase I).
The project has a study area of 632,630m2; including approximately 10,715m2 of existing public facilities land, 115,965m2 of transportation land (including city and local roads), and about 505,905m2 of industrial cluster technical infrastructure construction project land.
The CN2 Concentrated Industrial Cluster is entirely located in Mai Dinh commune (Soc Son District). It borders Provincial Road 131 to the Northwest; and local roads through Lac Nong, Ap Cut, Huong Dinh Dong, and Huong Dinh Doai villages to the Southwest, Southeast, and Northeast.

After Decision No. 8705/QD-UBND was issued by Soc Son District People’s Committee, the District Urban Management Department organized the inspection and verification of the detailed planning adjustment drawings at 1/500 scale for the CN2 Concentrated Industrial Cluster (Phase I), ensuring compliance with regulations

Soc Son District People’s Committee requires Mai Dinh commune and the investor to be responsible for managing and supervising construction according to the planning; strictly handling cases of construction violating planning within their authority.
ASG Infrastructure and Industrial Zone Development Company Limited (ASGI) is responsible for synchronously developing the technical infrastructure system of CN2 Concentrated Industrial Cluster (Phase I) according to detailed planning and State regulations on construction investment management, land, fire prevention and fighting. Simultaneously, they must correctly implement the contents stated in Decision No. 2794/QD-UBND and Decision No. 2978/QD-UBND of Hanoi City People’s Committee regarding the establishment of CN2 Industrial Cluster in Mai Dinh commune (Soc Son District).
