Commemorating its 15th anniversary, ASG Corporation spearheaded a humanitarian blood donation program under the theme “Connecting Hearts – Spreading Love,” with active coordination from its subsidiary units. The program concluded successfully, leaving a profound impact on the collective workforce and the broader community.
Cultivating a Spirit of Compassion Throughout the Corporation
This past August, over ten member companies within ASG Corp. simultaneously responded to the call, collaborating to organize and participate in four blood donation drives across three primary regions: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Thai Nguyen Province.
- August 11: ASG Corp., in collaboration with the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, hosted the program with the extensive participation of member units, including: ASGL, ASGA, ASGI, ASGT, VINAFCO, VINAFCO T&S, VINAFCO SHIPPING, ASGS, and NBL.
- August 12 & 16: The journey continued to Ho Chi Minh City, where VINAFCO & AIRLOG joined hands in this meaningful endeavor.
- August 26: The final destination was Thai Nguyen Province, where ASGL, in partnership with ASGT, successfully organized a warm blood donation session, further reaffirming ASG’s steadfast commitment to social responsibility.
Spanning from North to South, each donation site became a hub for humanitarian spirit, where precious units of blood were shared to provide life-saving opportunities for patients. Throughout the four drives, 124 participants – comprising the Group’s Board of Management, the leadership of subsidiaries, and the entire workforce – contributed over 31,000 ml of safe blood. These figures underscore the spirit of civic duty and serve as a testament to the powerful influence of the “Connecting Hearts – Spreading Love” journey.
