On June 19, 2025, at the Logistics Services area of Noi Bai International Airport (Phu Minh commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi), ASG Corporation (ASG) successfully held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).
The meeting was attended by the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, Executive Management Team, along with shareholders representing a total of 75,555,445 shares. This total is equivalent to 75,555,445 voting rights, accounting for 83.22% of the Company’s total voting rights (including both direct attendance and proxies).
In 2024, Corporation completed Phase 3 of the extended air cargo terminal project in Thai Nguyen, bringing the total warehouse area to 5,000 m² with a maximum handling capacity of 40,000 tons of goods per year. At the same time, the Group expanded its cargo warehouse at Hoa Cam (Da Nang) to a total area of 7,100 m². The AGM also recognized the expansion of ASG’s aviation and non-aviation service businesses, highlighted by a chain of franchised stores and the ASG Sky Lounge business-class lounge.
Importantly, after completing site clearance compensation in 2024, ASG Infrastructure and Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd. (ASGI) – a subsidiary of ASG Corporation – was granted approval by the Hanoi City People’s Committee to lease 505,950 m² of land. This approval (Decision No. 2762/QĐ-UBND dated June 2, 2025) allows ASGI to implement a project to construct the technical infrastructure of the CN2 Industrial Cluster in Mai Dinh commune, Soc Son district (Hanoi).
As of now, ASGI has completed all necessary procedures, obtained the construction permit, and commenced construction of the CN2 project on June 23, 2025. Once operational, this project will create approximately 4,500 jobs and contribute to the development of Soc Son district in particular and Hanoi in general.
Despite numerous challenges in the domestic and global economy, ASG achieved impressive business results in 2024 relative to its targets. Revenue reached VND 1,972 billion, fulfilling 99.1% of the annual plan, while profit before tax was over VND 78 billion, accomplishing 163.4% of the plan.
At the AGM, ASG Group’s leadership presented the 2025 business plan, setting targets based on forecasts of global economic volatility. The plan aims for consolidated revenue of over VND 2,300 billion, a 17% increase compared to 2024, and profit before tax of over VND 94.9 billion, up 22% year-on-year. To achieve these objectives, ASG Group will continue to concentrate on three strategic areas:

Logistics Services: Strengthen transportation and warehousing capacity, and expand the system of warehouses at major airports and industrial zones.

Airport Services: Ramp up and broaden services at airports such as Noi Bai, Tan Son Nhat, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Phu Yen, etc.

Infrastructure and Industrial Park Development: Implement the CN2 Industrial Cluster project in Soc Son (Hanoi) to develop infrastructure while minimizing pollution and emissions through integrated green and smart technology solutions, thereby enabling sustainable industrial development.
Reporting to the AGM, Mr. Duong Duc Tinh – Chairman of the Board – stated: “In the face of continuing global economic uncertainties, especially following new U.S. tariff policies, ASG Corporation remains steadfast in its development orientation, gradually overcoming difficulties and expanding our operational scale. In 2025, we will focus on enhancing competitiveness, optimizing operational efficiency, and intensifying investment in our core business areas.”

Notably, the AGM discussed and approved several important matters within its authority, including the issuance of 907,847 shares under an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This plan is aimed at incentivizing employees and aligning their interests with the company’s growth.
During the discussion session, the leadership also addressed shareholders’ questions regarding business orientation and investment in new future projects. The Q&A was conducted openly, with management candidly sharing on key issues and emphasizing the company’s business targets and sustainable growth objectives.
All reports and proposals at the 2025 Annual General Meeting were approved by an overwhelming majority. This outcome reflects the shareholders’ strong confidence in ASG Group’s development strategy and governance capacity. The company reiterated its commitment to delivering sustainable value to shareholders and partners, while contributing positively to the country’s socio-economic development.
