The bond issuance with code ASG12501 was issued by ASG Corporation on May 15, 2025, in accordance with Resolution No. 10/2025/NQ-HĐQT/ASG dated April 28, 2025, with a total value of 300 billion Vietnamese dong and a term of 3 years.
Following the successful bond issuances by the Corporation in 2020 and 2022, this 2025 bond issuance continues to attract significant interest from both domestic and international investors. This reflects the Corporation’s credibility, brand reputation, and potential, as well as the level of trust and expectations from investors in ASG Corporation development.
With 15 years of operation in the fields of logistics, airport services, and investment in infrastructure and industrial park development, ASG Corporation has achieved remarkable milestones throughout its development journey. As of March 31, 2025, the Corporation’s total asset value reached 3,194 billion Vietnamese dong, with revenue in 2024 nearing 2,000 billion Vietnamese dong. Currently, ASG Corporation has 22 subsidiaries with a nationwide operational network, along with continuously improved infrastructure and service quality to serve both domestic and international clients.
ASG Corporation business performance continues to demonstrate impressive growth.
