On September 09, 2025, ASG Corporation held a ceremony to announce the Appointment Decision of the Acting General Director.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Duong Duc Tinh – Chairman of the Board of Directors, together with staff from corporation Departments/Divisions and Directors of Corporation Branches.
On behalf of Corporation Board of Directors, Mr. Duong Duc Tinh presented the decision and congratulated Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoa on his appointment as Acting General Director.
At the ceremony, the Chairman of ASG Corporation Board of Directors remarked that Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoa is a well-trained professional with many years of experience in the logistics industry, having held multiple senior management positions within corporation entities. With his deep industry knowledge and extensive practical experience, Mr. Hoa is expected to work with the Executive Board to continue implementing plans that will enable Corporation to achieve its development goals in the new phase.
In his acceptance speech, Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoa – Acting General Director.of ASG Corporation – expressed his sincere gratitude to the Board of Directors for their trust and for entrusting him with the position of Acting General Director. He pledged to strive to improve his capabilities, uphold his sense of responsibility, and successfully fulfill the assigned tasks, living up to the trust of the Board of Directors.
Previously, the Board of Directors had approved Mr. Truong Minh Hoang’s resignation from the position of Acting General Director at his personal request. Mr. Truong Minh Hoang will continue to stay engaged with the Corporation and assume a leadership role at one of its subsidiaries. On behalf of the Board of Directors, Mr. Duong Duc Tinh extended his gratitude and appreciation for Mr. Truong Minh Hoang’s contributions over the past period and expressed hope that he will continue to accompany and contribute to the Corporation overall development.
This senior management personnel arrangement reflects ASG Corporation consistent orientation towards strengthening its organizational structure, enhancing governance capacity, and preparing for greater strides in the next stage of development.
