On July 16, 2026, ASG Corporation officially held a ceremony to announce the appointment of its new General Director.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Duong Duc Tinh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ASG Corporation, members of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board, the Executive Board, and managers from the Corporation’s departments.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, Mr. Duong Duc Tinh presented the appointment decision to Mr. Truong Minh Hoang, officially appointing him as General Director of ASG Corporation.

In his remarks, the Chairman of the Board of Directors emphasized that strengthening the executive leadership is an essential step in enhancing the Corporation’s governance capabilities and meeting the requirements of its next phase of development. The Board of Directors expressed its confidence that, with his extensive management and executive experience within the ASG system, Mr. Truong Minh Hoang will work closely with the Executive Board to effectively implement the Corporation’s strategic directions, improve operational efficiency, and lay a solid foundation for ASG Corporation’s sustainable growth.
Accepting the appointment, Mr. Truong Minh Hoang expressed his sincere appreciation for the trust and confidence placed in him by the Board of Directors. He affirmed his commitment to building upon the Corporation’s existing achievements while focusing on strengthening its core business sectors, enhancing the quality of human resources, improving corporate governance, and reinforcing ASG Corporation’s competitiveness.
During the ceremony, the Board of Directors also approved the request of Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoa to step down from his position as Acting Deputy General Director. On behalf of the Board, the Chairman acknowledged and expressed his appreciation for Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoa’s valuable contributions during his tenure, while expressing confidence that he will continue to leverage his expertise and experience to contribute to the Corporation’s continued development.
