To foster a vibrant and competitive spirit as the 15th anniversary of ASG Corporation approaches, the Organizing Committee is pleased to officially launch the “ASG PRIDE” writing contest. The specific details are articulated below:
CONTEST INFORMATION
- Eligible Participants: All Staff and Employees (Workforce) within ASG Corp. (comprising the Parent Company and its Subsidiaries).
Submission Period: From August 11, 2025, to August 22, 2025. (Note: Early submissions will benefit from a broader window for online voting).
PRIZE STRUCTURE
- 01 First Prize: 5,000,000 VND and a Certificate of Merit.
- 01 Second Prize: 3,000,000 VND and a Certificate of Merit.
- 03 Third Prizes: 2,000,000 VND per prize and a Certificate of Merit.
- 05 Consolation Prizes: 1,000,000 VND per prize and a Certificate of Merit.
- 01 Most Popular Award (Public Vote): 1,000,000 VND and a Certificate of Merit.
PARTICIPATION MODALITIES
Entries must be submitted via email to: sukien@asg.net.vn
- Submission Format: Entries should be submitted as a Word document, with accompanying illustrations attached as .jpg image files.
- Email Subject & File Naming Convention: Adhere to the following structure: [TH][Abbreviated Company Name][Full Name of Participant] (where “TH” is the designated contest code for ASG Pride).
- Example: TH_ASG_Nguyen Van A.
- Note: Submissions received after 24:00 on August 22, 2025, shall be deemed ineligible.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- For Companies with fewer than 50 employees: A minimum of 5 submissions is required.
- For Companies with 50–100 employees: A minimum of 10 submissions is required.
- For Companies with more than 100 employees: A minimum of 15 submissions is required.
